regarding our shipping and returns policy. This FAQ has been designed to help answer
some of those questions. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate

within 24 hours.
SHIPPING
House of de Don offers
several different shipping methods to keep your costs to a minimum. After all, that is
what House of de Don is all about! Currently, we use the United States Postal Service,
UPS, FedEx, as well as others for our shipping. We always list each of your shipping options so that you may
decide which option is best for you. House of de Don reserves the right to use an alternative mode of
shipping if the current one selected is unavailable or if the need arises. If this should happen, the alternative
mode of shipping will be of equal quality or better, and any additional costs will be solely the
responsibility of House of de Don If you have any questions about your order, you may email

RETURNS
Sometimes things do not always go as
planned. Items become damaged during shipping, something does not fit, or other special
circumstances may arrise. On your invoice, return instructions are included. Please read these
carefully, and follow the instructions as indicated. If the instructions are not followed your
return may be delayed, denied, or a store credit may be issued. Please note that shipping fees
can not be refunded. This allows House of de Don to keep our prices low.
All returns must have prior approval. Please contact returns@houseofdedon.com to receive a return
code and approval. Returns are not permitted on Used Apparel, Gift Baskets, Discontinued Items or
Seasonal Items. When emailing returns@houseofdedon.com please include Customer Name, email, order date, and
Product Model Number you wish to return. Upon receipt of your email, we will review your
request and email you back with an approval code. Please include this return email
correspondence with your return item(s). Returned items without this information may be
delayed or rejected. All return requests must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
House of de Don reserves the
right to change our policies regarding shipping and returns at anytime.
If any of these policies shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable,
that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining policy.
